ABOUT PROJECT ZERO

What We Do
International Designs Corporation is proud to present Project Zero™. Each year we offset our carbon footprint by planting trees in the places where it is most impactful.
Project Zero™ brings our business actions into alignment with our core values by organizing and developing projects to promote awareness of carbon neutral initiatives and environmental conservation, and by providing financial sponsorship of carbon neutral initiatives and environmental conservation.

Richard Schoonover - CEO

A carbon offset is a reduction in emissions of carbon dioxide or greenhouse gases made in order to compensate for or to offset an emission made elsewhere.

Reforestation is the natural or intentional restocking of existing forests and woodlands that have been depleted, usually through deforestation.

An endangered species is a type of organism that is threatened by extinction. Species become endangered for two main reasons: loss of habitat and loss of genetic variation.

A wildlife corridor, habitat corridor, or green corridor is an area of habitat connecting wildlife populations separated by human activities or structures.
HOW DOES PROJECT ZERO™ HELP

Carbon Offset
We strive to minimize the impact our business has on the environment.

Forest Restoration
To date Project Zero™ financed the planting of 174,800 trees which offset our carbon emissions for 2014, 2015, and our expected 2016!

SavingSpecies
SavingSpecies is a unique conservation organization, because of the way that we use science to drive our conservation decisions.
